Teen Programs

Participate in the 2019 Teen Art Expo!

The Expo will take place from March 19–24.

This year’s theme is Inspired by Music.

How do you respond visually to the music you love? This artwork can be an interpretation of your favorite song or album, or an artwork inspired by a piece of music.

The Cincinnati Art Museum seeks to be inclusive in this exhibition.  We will display all qualifying artworks submitted on a slideshow in the Great Hall during the Teen Art Expo.  We will highlight 100 artworks that will be displayed in person during the exhibition. These 100 artworks will be selected by the 10x10 Team (learn how to join the team below) to showcase a variety of schools and ages.

All artwork must be submitted through our online form to be considered. Artwork must meet the requirements below, to be included in the Expo.

  • Must be 2-dimensional work on paper no thicker than 1/8 inch.
  • No mats or frames, please.
  • Artists must be in 7th through 12th grade or ages 13-18.
