Valerie Weinstein is the author of Antisemitism in Film Comedy in Nazi Germany (Indiana University Press\, 2019)\, co-editor\, wit h Barbara Hales and Mihaela Petrescu\, of Continuity and Crisis in Ge rman Cinema 1928-1936 (Camden House\, 2016) and co-editor\, with Bar bara Hales\, of forthcoming volume Rethinking Jewishness in Weimar Ci nema (Berghahn Books\, 2020). Weinstein has authored articles and bo ok chapters on topics including gender\, sexuality\, and Jewishness in Ge rman film between the two world wars.
