This month\, e xplore fashions and fabrics on display in CAM’s galleries\, then learn ho w to use textiles to make your own unique wearables and artwork.
\nBuild your child’s creative co nfidence and foundational artistic skills in this drop-off program for yo ung artists ages 9–12. Each monthly four-class session\, taught by instru ctors from the Art Academy of Cincinnati\, focuses on a specific medium o r technique—such as drawing\, painting\, printmaking\, or textiles. Sessi ons begin with a guided art viewing experience in the museum’s galleries\ , where children will engage with inspiring works and ideas. Then\, in ou r ground-floor classrooms\, they will dive into hands-on learning and art making\, applying what they’ve seen to create their own original pieces. \;Learn more and register fo r Saturday Morning Art Class.
