This lecture is organized by the Donald P. Sowell Endowment Committee\, an affiliate group of the Cincinnati Art Museum. Ticket proceeds support the Sowell Committee’s work to promote greater interaction and involvement of the Africa n American community with the museum\, including professional development opportunities\, the acquisition and display of artwork by African Americ an artists\, programs\, exhibitions\, and other forms of creativity of in terest to the African American community.
