For 32 years the Art Academy of Cincinnati has supported the Minumental Exhibition. Each year an average of 450 works of art, no more than 2" in any dimension, by Academy students, faculty, staff and alumni make for a lively and diverse show. Works are in almost any imaginable medium from painting and drawing to natural materials and knitting.
This show is a small collection of Minumentals from the collection of more than 150 pieces belonging to faculty member, Gary Gaffney. The show was curated by Keith Benjamin, Art Academy Professor of Sculpture. It represents the work of students, faculty and alums from across the years of the Minumental Exhibitions.
