Gifts from Japan presents a selection of 40 paintings gifted to CAM by collector Dr. Toshihide Hirose. Included is Birds and Grapes by Tanaka Rankoku which underwent extensive conservation treatments before going on display.

Staff members have been very active in the museum galleries for the past month. One of the cases that was due for its regular rotation is the hanging scroll case in Gallery 138.
