Since the early 1950s, artist like Allan Kaprow, Jim Dine, Yoko Ono, Andy Warhol and others have staged “Happenings” live, experiential art events that, by definition, dismantle conventions and facilitate an atmosphere of creativity, self-expression, and fun. It is with this inspiration the museum’s young professional leaders, the CAM Catalysts, present this summer’s biggest event to benefit the museum aptly coined A Happening.
Kick-off your summer with this not-to-be-missed outdoor extravaganza. Want to know what’s Happening? You will have to attend to find out. All proceeds from A Happening will support the programming provided by the museum—both virtual
and in-person—that contribute to a more vibrant Cincinnati by inspiring its people and connecting our communities.
The safety of our guests is of the upmost importance. We will follow all COVID-19 safety regulations and social distancing guidelines.
Guests must be 21 to attend.
