Over seven weeks, local artists Briana Davis, Louis Rideout, Frank Duane Young, and Allen Woods mentor aspiring African American youth artists on process and practice, culminating in a spring exhibition at ArtWorks V2 Gallery. Meet the artists and celebrate their work at the ArtWorks V2 Gallery exhibition opening, located at 929 E. McMillan St.—and plan your night around art & jazz in Walnut Hills with CAM’s Art After Dark: Sight, Sound & Jazz and the Black Futures Series neighborhood jazz progressive.
This event is part of the Black Futures Series inspired by David Driskell and the Kamoinge Workshop’s commitment to mentorship, self-representation, and the creation of opportunity, brought to you through a partnership between CAM and ArtWorks.
