Join us for an enlightening evening with Rebecca A. Senf, PhD, Chief Curator at the Center for Creative Photography and originating curator of Discovering Ansel Adams. Over the past 20 years, Dr. Senf has delved deeply into Ansel Adams’s creative practice and professional development. She will share observations on her own research and highlight key findings that have shaped her understanding of America's most renowned landscape photographer.
The evening will include a short lecture by Dr. Senf, followed by a brief conversation between Senf and CAM Curator of Photography Nathaniel M. Stein, PhD. The event will conclude with a 15-minute Q&A session and a book-signing opportunity, offering a unique occasion to engage with a leading expert on Adams’s work and legacy. Pre-purchase your catalog during registration and pick up in the Museum Shop before the lecture.
Don’t miss this chance to gain a new appreciation of Ansel Adams through the eyes of a leading scholar in the field.
