Join Cincinnati-based artist Terence Hammonds for a hands-on workshop for adults inspired by the exhibition Recall. Reframe. Respond. The Art of Paul Scott. Begin with a screen-printed decorative border designed by Hammonds, drawing from historic commemorative plate motifs. Then, explore collage, drawing, and painting techniques to build your own layered artwork. Along the way, participants will visit the galleries to gather inspiration from Paul Scott’s pieces. This workshop offers an engaging way to explore how history, memory, and contemporary perspectives can intersect through the language of collage.
No art experience necessary; all skill levels are encouraged to attend. While this program is designed for adults, teens 13+ accompanied by an adult are welcome.
If you need accessibility accommodations, please contact us in advance at [email protected] or fill out the accessibility request form.
