Internationally-known, North Avondale-raised, Walnut Hills HS and UC-educated photographer Stu Levy returns to Cincinnati to tell us the story of Ansel Adams’s impact on his artwork and life, and to reflect on selected photographs in the Adams exhibition gallery. Levy participated in Adams’s famed photography workshop at Yosemite in the 1970s, later becoming an assistant to Adams himself. He will deliver an illustrated talk tracing his career from his roots in Cincinnati, and then guide us through the exhibition Discovering Ansel Adams while sharing his personal observations. Don’t miss this experience!
