Learn More about the Opening Party

The 10x10 Teen Art Expo is a week-long art exhibition featuring a selection of more than 100 teen artists from the greater Cincinnati region. The challenge? Create a piece of art measuring 10 x10 inches that reflects the theme chosen by the teen volunteers of the 10x10 team.

This year’s theme is “Connection.” What makes you feel connected? Who are you connected to, and how? What connections do you have with the world around you?

Artworks selected by the team will be displayed in the Marek Family Commons on the museum’s ground floor from April 14–19, 2026.

Artwork Selection & Drop Off

The 10x10 Teen Volunteer team is busy reviewing artwork submissions and will contact selected students via email by March 10, 2026. If your artwork is selected, you will need to deliver it to the museum by April 1, 2026. Please drop off your artwork at the security desk near the museum’s ground-floor DeWitt entrance. Please keep the following in mind when dropping off your artwork:

  • Artwork must measure 10 inches by 10 inches.
  • Artwork must be able to hang on a wall using a 1/2" binder clip at the top.
  • Artwork should NOT be framed or matted.
  • If your artwork has fragile pieces or 3D elements, please cover it with foam or bubble wrap to protect it from damage.

Artwork can be picked up in the Rosenthal Education Center (REC) on the museum’s first floor between Wednesday, April 22–Sunday, May 3
