Fine Art Flow

Last Thursday evening of every month, 6–7:30 p.m. (except November and December due to holidays).

Each month, we will explore different themes relating art to yoga then feel free to self-guide through the galleries. All levels and abilities welcome! Guests must bring their own mats. Masks are required during the yoga class. Registration is required and spots are limited.

Large gym bags will not be permitted in the galleries and will need to be secured in a locker at the security desk. To help protect our artwork, water will also not be permitted, however, there are water fountains located inside the museum.

Feeling stressed, anxious and worried? You’re not alone! This evening, you will be led through a gentle yoga practice in gallery 229 and learn to focus on breathing. Afterwards, feel free to self-guide through our new special exhibition, Hank Willis Thomas: All Things Being Equal. . .

October 29: Halloween Flow
Join us for a spooky Halloween flow...IF YOU DARE. Costumes encouraged! Afterwards, you will be given a map to some of our most haunted galleries for a self-guided ghost tour.  

November 19: Thanksgiving Practice
Take a moment to find compassion, give thanks and self-reflect during this gratitude practice.

December 17: Slow Flow and Rest
Are the holidays making you crazy? Take some time to relax before the holidays during this slow, restful yoga practice.
