The Cincinnati Art Museum is such a charming spot for weddings! The venue beautifully blends elegance with a love for art, making it a truly special place to celebrate. A wonderful perk of hosting your big day here is that your investment goes toward enhancing the mission of the museum, allowing you to contribute to something greater.
We design each wedding to envelop guests in the museum’s historic beauty, holding both grand celebrations and modest affairs. Azuki and Max, two recent newlyweds, decided to embrace a more intimate gathering. This choice allowed the couple to savor each moment with their closest friends and family. Azuki gave a lovely personal touch by creating beautiful paper cranes for each guest. Cranes symbolize longevity and good fortune in Japanese, Chinese, and Korean cultures and are celebrated especially in Japan as the "bird of happiness." These intricate cranes served as lovely symbols of love, hope, and protection.
Azuki and Max thoughtfully crafted every detail of their wedding to encourage connections among guests while showcasing the museum’s stunning backdrop. Instead of traditional dancing after the meal, they opted for a cozy dinner accompanied by a jazz band, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that lingered throughout the evening.
Whether planning a lavish party or a more intimate get-together, holding your wedding at the Cincinnati Art Museum helps support our mission of inspiring people and connecting communities through the power of art.
