Theme: Mini Tapestry Weaving
Learn the basic skills of weaving including tabby weave, basket weave, rya knots, and more. Receive step by step instructions to create a small tapestry using a weaving board and numerous fibers. All supplies are included. Dexterity and ability to manipulate a small weaving needle are required.
About the Instructor
Charity Rust-Jordan is a multi-disciplinary artist with a bachelor's degree in Spatial Arts and micro-credential in Mindfulness, both from Northern Kentucky University. She also holds individual certificates from the University of Cincinnati in Stress Management, Meditation, and Mindfulness and is certified in Meditation from the School of Positive Transformation. She also teaches at the Baker Hunt Art and Cultural Center.
