CAM Kids Day: Landscapes in the Lens

Free. Drop-in and pre-registered programs available.

Join us for an exciting interactive family day at the art museum, where we will explore the beautiful world of landscape photography! Bring the whole family for a day filled with creativity and inspiration and delve into the art of capturing stunning outdoor scenes. We have drop-in experiences as well as registered activities to make your day fun! Plus, see the exhibition Discovering Ansel Adams for free!

This month's theme is Landscapes in the Lens.

  • 11 a.m.–3 p.m. Create an Alternative Landscape in the REC 
  • 11 a.m.–3 p.m. Age Specific Scavenger Hunts 
  • 11 a.m.–1 p.m. Landscape art making in the galleries for preschoolers 
  • 11 a.m.–1 p.m. Multisensory activity in the galleries for preschoolers  
  • 11 a.m.–11:30 a.m. Session 1: May Festivals Minis Fall Fun Singing Program 
  • 11:30 a.m.–noon Session 2: May Festival Minis Fall Fun Singing Program 
  • Noon–1 p.m. Family Friendly Brownbag lunch performance with the Seven Hills String Duo 
  • Noon–12:30 p.m. Session 3: May Festival Minis Fall Fun Singing Program 
  • 12:30–1 p.m. Session 4: May Festival Minis Fall Fun Singing Program 
  • Noon–1 p.m. Drop in Storytime with the Cincinnati Hamilton County Public Library 
  • 1–3 ​p.m. Improv Activities with the Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati
  • 1–3 p.m. Landscape art making in the galleries for ages 6-12 
  • 1–3 p.m. Multisensory activity in the galleries for ages 6-12
