One day each year, museums and galleries around the world celebrate Slow Art Day. This year, the Cincinnati Art Museum will provide several ways for our visitors to look at a work of art for 10 minutes then reflect on their experience. Below is a list of activities happening throughout the day.
All Day: Slow Art Day Self-Guided Reflection
Pick up a “Slow Art” guide at the front desk, and use the suggested works and prompts to guide you through a personalized Slow Art Day experience.
Educator Guided Slow Looking
Meet a museum educator in the Great Hall who will lead you through a group slow-looking activity.
If you need accessibility accommodations for this program or event, please email [email protected] in advance to ensure accommodations can be made.
