What information do you need to process my auto-renewal?

The transaction will look and feel like a regular online membership payment. Your credit card information is securely kept on file in your record. Your credit card information is stored in such a way that it cannot be used for any transaction except for auto-renewal of your membership. So, you will still need to provide payment information for transactions on other items, such as tickets, merchandise, etc.

When does my membership renew?

You will receive your digital membership cards the day of purchase in your email. Instructions on how to download to your smartphone will be provided. Should you wish to receive a physical membership card, please contact our membership department.

What amount will I be charged for future terms of membership?

Discounts and promotions do not auto-renew. Your auto-renewal charge will be for the regular price amount of your membership level.

My circumstance has changed. How do I update my future auto-renew transactions?

You can upgrade your membership at any time by contacting the Membership Department. For cancellation of future auto-renewals, please contact the Membership Department at least three weeks before your renewal date.

How do I register my membership online?

I want to bring a guest; do I get a discount on their exhibition admission?

You are eligible to bring a guest depending on the level of membership (View level benefits above for more information)

How long is my membership active?

Your membership expires one year from the date of purchase, at the end of the month. If you decide to renew early, your membership will extend an additional year from its current expiration date.

How long does it take to receive my digital membership card?

Your digital membership card will arrive the day of purchase in your email! Be sure to follow the download instructions provided to gain access to your card through your smartphone.

Should you wish to receive a physical membership card, please contact our Membership department. Your physical card will take approximately two to three weeks to arrive in the mail and come with an acknowledgement letter that you can use for tax purposes. (See membership descriptions for tax deductibility at each level.)

If you have not received your card after three weeks, please email [email protected] or call 513-639-2966. In the meantime, you can ask for a temporary card at the museum’s front desk. When receiving a digital card, your acknowledgment will be included with your welcome email.

I have not received my membership card in the mail, and I want to visit the museum. What can I do?

Your membership is active from the moment of purchase, whether online, on-site, or by phone. When visiting the museum, please let Visitor Services staff know you are a member, so we may honor your benefits and provide a temporary membership card. We will then resend your physical membership card. Please confirm your home address with our staff.

I lost my membership card, what should I do?

If you have misplaced your membership card, please email [email protected] or call 513-639-2966 to have a new card sent to you.

I am not receiving any email communications. What can I do?

Contact our Visitor Services team or Membership to ensure your email is correct in our system. Certain email provider’s firewalls can block outside communications (such as cinci.rr.com, yahoo.com, and hotmail.com). If you have an email associated with one of these providers, please consider providing us with another option.

When can I renew or upgrade my membership?

You can renew or upgrade your membership at any time. If you decide to renew early, your membership will extend an additional year from its current expiration date. To renew or upgrade, log in to your account, and click the membership level you would like to add to your cart.
